Constructed in 1904, Stable No. 45 was a member of Fort Oglethorpe’s 6th Cavalry Post. This last remaining stable stands prominently in the center of the city's Historic District, just north of the Chickamauga Battlefield. The building boasts nearly 11,000 square feet of main-level space, with an additional 3,000 square feet of loft storage. And, as a member of the National Historic Registry, Stable No. 45 is fully qualified for Historic Tax Credits and low-interest state loans for renovation.
